Employment Type: Temporary, approximately six months

Experience Level: Entry level Location: Lebanon, NH – ON-SITE REQUIRED

Schedule: M-F, 9AM-3:30PM roughly 15-30 hours a week

We're looking for a dependable, tech-curious person to help out with daily IT support. No
experience or certifications required—just a curiosity, a problem-solving attitude, and a
willingness to learn. You'll need to investigate issues, find solutions, and feel comfortable asking
for help when needed. We'll provide training and cover certifications to help you grow.
We do not expect an entry-level candidate to know everything. We do expect initiative. Strong
candidates will be comfortable saying, “I don’t know yet, but I know how to start finding out!”

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide hardware, software, and device support
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office programs, and office equipment
