Job summary

Per Scholas seeks an IT Support instructor to join our Training Team. You’ll deliver instructor-led IT Support training for students aiming at entry- to mid-level careers, maintain progress records, and coordinate with the team to tailor student achievement plans.

You’ll also help keep curricula updated and provide resources for independent study. The role emphasizes strong technical knowledge, instructional delivery, and accountability within a mission‑driven, fast-paced environment that serves

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical/industry experience.
• 3+ years in an IT support role.
• Strong communication and instructional delivery skills.
• Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to learners.

Responsibilities

• Support instructor-led IT Support training from entry to mid level.
• Provide access to resources and study aids for curriculum topics.
• Coordinate with team to plan individualized student achievement plans.
• Maintain Salesforce/LMS entries: grades, scores, progress notes.
• Help update curricula, syllabi, lesson plans and classroom materials.
