Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience with Windows Servers and enterprise networks.
• Strong Cisco routing/switching knowledge.
• Experience with firewalls (Cisco, WatchGuard, or similar).
• Solid troubleshooting across servers, networks, and endpoints.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO).
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, routing/switching).
• Troubleshoot servers, desktops, laptops, applications, and peripherals.
• Ensure firewall and network security best practices.
• Assist with upgrades, migrations, and documentation of IT systems.
