• Responsible for IT support for Operations and Customer Center.
• Collaborate with OCC Business IT on issues and releases.
• Monitor and maintain OCC infrastructure including VDI and A/V systems.

VMWare and VDI infrastructure

ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Asset, Request)

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
