Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or 2+ years in IT.
• 2+ years of experience in a help desk or site support environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Windows, Mac OS X or Linux, and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide full technical support to Amazon office staff.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of IT policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot LAN and home servers through ticketing and change management.
• Create and maintain documents and SOPs.
• Manage ticket queues and technical requests to completion.
• Participate in shutdown/escalation programs to minimize downtime.
• Provide call support for Sev1 and Sev2 incidents.
