Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta seeks an IT professional to join the FRFS Connectivity Testing and Integration (CTI) team. You will deliver second/third-level technical support, coordinate customer onboarding projects, and act as a liaison among customers, vendors, and internal teams.

You will document procedures and support after-hours issues. Responsibilities include maintaining labs, researching connectivity issues, and driving improvements in processes and infrastructure.

Formación

• Associates degree in IT or related field (or equivalent).
• 0–3 years of relevant IT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of systems administration and network infrastructure.
• Ability to diagnose, escalate, and resolve technical issues.
• Experience coordinating customer projects and communicating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot systems and applications; provide advanced support.
• Serve as liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams; manage onboarding projects.
• Research and resolve connectivity issues; escalate complex problems.
• Maintain test labs for regression testing and network validation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures; improve processes.
• Provide after-hours support for urgent issues.
