Formación

• 0–3 years of relevant IT experience.
• Associate’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage onboarding projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot systems and apps; provide advanced support.
• Serve as technical liaison among customers, vendors, and internal teams; manage onboarding.
• Research and resolve connectivity issues; maintain test labs and documentation.
• Provide after-hours support for urgent issues.
