Job summary

Malibu Boats, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on end-user, application, and on-site support for PC, server, and network infrastructure.

The role emphasizes prompt, friendly support in-person and via remote tools while maintaining a deep understanding of IT systems, including manufacturing equipment and applications. You will troubleshoot a range of devices, manage provisioning, monitor system availability, and contribute to documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Windows 10/11
• 3+ years with Active Directory/Entra ID
• 3+ years with Office 365 (admin portal)
• 2+ years installing, supporting, troubleshooting hardware/servers/printers/VoIP
• 1+ year supporting LAN/WAN/Wireless networks
• Working knowledge of iOS and Android
• Familiarity with MDM solutions
• Familiarity with VoIP phone systems
• Prior IT Support experience required
• Excellent communication skills including telephone and email
• Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines
• Team oriented and able to work in person & remote
• Jira/Atlassian experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user, application, and on-site IT support.
• Troubleshoot servers, PCs, phones, wireless, networking, and apps.
• User provisioning and deprovisioning for hires, transfers, terminations.
• Use monitoring tools to ensure availability of systems.
• Install/import hardware in MDF/IDF closets.
• Manage IT assets physically and in Asset Management Tool.
• Use ticketing system to track requests and escalate per processes.
• Create and update IT documentation regularly.
• Assist in hardware/software setup on-site and remotely.
• Occasional after-hours on-call rotation.
• Frequent local on-site support rotation.
• Travel to remote sites as needed (rarely).
• Perform additional duties as required.
