The role involves asset QA, equipment procurement support, staff training, and collaboration on hardware/software upgrades across multiple sites, while maintaining HIPAA standards and offering on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Information Technology or related field (0-1 years experience)
• High School Diploma required
• Driver's License valid - USA

Responsibilities

• Provide IT assistance to agency staff by fielding questions and resolving user problems.
• Assist in QA of IT assets, inventory, and procurement processes for agency equipment.
• Provide training for staff on computers and telecommunications systems and assist with new equipment installations at various sites.
• Maintain and upgrade hardware and software; assist with OS and app installations as needed.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; perform root-cause analysis with users of varying technical levels.
• Deliver courteous, professional helpdesk support over the phone and track requests in the helpdesk system.
• Follow HIPAA standards for security and confidentiality; provide on-call support as assigned.
• Attend meetings and training; maintain required certifications and comply with policies and regulations.
• Travel and drive as required; assist in crisis situations and emergencies.
