Job summary

Carolina NeuroSurgery & Spine Associates (CNSA) seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical support across the organization, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and networked equipment in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities include account management in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, user training, documenting work, and onsite support across locations while upholding HIPAA and security policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of desktop or IT support experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and Group Policy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Help Desk requests and meet service expectations.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows computers and office devices.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support Microsoft Office and other business apps.
• Assist with endpoint security and device compliance.
