Job summary

Entech is seeking a Support Engineer to provide Tier 1–2 technical support across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, VPNs, and network devices in a hybrid work model in Florida. The role emphasizes incident resolution, proactive monitoring, and strong customer communication.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a service desk, CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications, and solid experience with AD, VPNs, Hyper-V, and remote support. Fort Myers and SW Florida offices support a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

Two years of experience in Technical Support/Service Desk preferred.
CompTIA A+ or Equivalent preferred; Network+ preferred.
Strong English communication and customer service skills.
Experience with Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify, troubleshoot, and document user issues to resolution.
Resolve reactive and proactive support requests via phone, remote access, or onsite.
Enter time and notes into tickets; manage daily queue and schedule to meet targets.
Escalate issues that cannot be resolved within service levels.
