Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of an Associate’s Degree; 2 years of recent Service Desk experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, HP servers, Router/Switches, Firewall Appliances, VoIP and IP environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to clients.
Must be able to travel regionally and have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end users via remote tools, phone, in-office and on-site visits.
Troubleshoot and resolve Windows desktops/laptops, M365, networking, printers, and mobile devices.
Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and proactive monitoring to prevent issues.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while owning client satisfaction.
Document support requests, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
Assist with client onboarding, device deployments, and technology refresh projects.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client confidence in technology.
