Job summary

Computer Integration Technologies (CIT) is seeking an IT Support Engineer to resolve customer tickets across desktop, server, network, and cloud environments. The role emphasizes a service-first mindset, clear communication, and empathy to deliver timely solutions.

Candidates should have hands-on networking, NOC or helpdesk experience and be prepared for on-call rotations. This US-based remote position requires authorization to work in the United States and a willingness to pass background

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in computer networking, NOC, or helpdesk environments.
• Advanced knowledge of managing network devices and configurations.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support customer infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and servers.
• Prioritize high-impact tickets and allocate resources for timely resolution.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of support activities and ticket progress.
• Aim to exceed KPIs related to ticket resolution time and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing education; obtain CompTIA A+ and Network+ within the first year.
