Job summary

AEITS, a GTSC company, seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and system hardware and software. You may coach less-experienced professionals and apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems and solutions.

You will offer remote support across worldwide sites via desktop mirroring and remote access tools, and you will resolve helpdesk issues related to cloud infrastructure, ensuring timely follow-up and quality service.

Qualifications

Experience providing hardware support.
Experience with remote access tools.
Certifications: CompTIA A+ CE and CompTIA Network+ CE.
Ability to identify and diagnose IT problems.
Ability to support cloud infrastructure users.

Responsibilities

Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.
May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.
Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites.
Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure.
