Job summary

TruAdvantage, a California-based IT and Cybersecurity partner, is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to support clients across the Bay Area. You will handle on-site and remote support, manage Microsoft 365, Azure, VPNs, and server environments, and contribute to project scoping and timely issue resolution.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT services and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of networking and IT support experience required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server and cloud/infrastructure tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class IT services to our customers.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships with all clients.
• Manage on-site and remote IT support engagements.
• Time entry for 8.0 hours daily and accurate documentation.
• Scope and execute small to mid-size projects within budget and timeline.
• Assist senior engineers on larger projects as needed.
• Visit client sites for on-site support and assessments.
• Ensure ticket resolution within defined SLAs.
