IT Support Specialist II is a mid-level role with over two to four years of experience and a strong technical aptitude. This person is a good communicator and a person who can manage a client well and build a good relationship with them. The pace and demands in this role are usually much greater than level 1. They should be prompt and knows the importance of communicating timelines and progress to clients. This person will be involved in projects and should be skillful at pre-project work, scoping, and briefings with each client on each project. They should then be capable of solving problems in complex environments rich in Servers, Internetworking, VPN's, firewalls, backup systems and more. The more truly capable the engineer is in all these areas, the higher the utility value.
The total compensation range for this position is $80,000–$100,000 annually. Compensation will vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and location. This range reflects the company’s good faith estimate of base pay in compliance with applicable pay transparency laws, including those in California, Colorado, New York City, and Washington. Compensation may be adjusted based on the candidate’s work location.
