Job summary

Rune Technologies is seeking an IT Associate to join a fast-growing team and support a modern IT environment. You will work with the IT Manager to maintain devices, systems, and infrastructure across the company while expanding into systems administration.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, clear communication, and ownership of issues, with opportunities to grow in identity, networking, security, and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Operations.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint.
• Experience supporting macOS devices in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support for Windows and macOS users.
• Manage devices, licensing, and security in Microsoft 365.
• Support identity management including Okta, MFA, and SSO.
• Assist with endpoint management and device lifecycle.
• Create and maintain IT documentation and SOPs.
