Job summary

As part of Plaid's TechOps team, you will design, build, and support a first-class computing environment, ensuring conference rooms and daily workplace tools run smoothly. You will enable seamless collaboration across global offices and provide hands-on support for AV systems, printers, monitors, and Apple laptops.

You’ll gain experience with Google Workspace, MacOS MDM tools, and enterprise networks, while supporting remote teammates and contributing to a secure, productive office ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting AV setups in conference rooms.
• Provide live support for meetings of varying scale.
• Troubleshoot office hardware and peripherals.
• Strong collaborative, user-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Enable Seamless Collaboration: Ensure audio-visual (AV) systems in conference rooms and shared office spaces function flawlessly so team members can connect seamlessly across global offices.
• Resolve In-Office Hardware & Tech Needs: Directly troubleshoot and resolve issues with printers, monitors, keyboards, and other office desk peripherals, minimizing downtime for your colleagues.
• Manage Hardware Operations: Track and manage on-premise IT and AV inventory (including Google Meet hardware and Apple laptops) to keep our team equipped with the tools they need.
• Support Our Remote Teammates: As time permits, assist with non-office and remote technical support requests to ensure equal support across all working environments.
