Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide in-office and remote support across BridgeBio and affiliates, supporting C-Suite and staff, labs, and business systems in a fast-paced environment.

You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac devices, manage Intune, Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, Okta, and other tools, participate in IT projects, ensure service levels, and help maximize user productivity in a hybrid California workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Business Administration.
• 5+ years providing in-person and remote technical support in corporate environments.
• Strong customer-service background with focus on end-user experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting across Windows and Mac OS client environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person or remote L2 technical assistance to BridgeBio community, including C-Suite and Executive Assistant staff.
• Offer varying levels of technical assistance to manage service requests with a customer-first mindset.
• Build relationships and maintain confidentiality to support user IT requirements.
• Identify and implement service, process, and technology improvements.
• Provide data-driven IT guidance to service owners on business trends and needs.
• Design, develop, implement, and test client technology solutions from business requirements.
• Support lab environments and lab technologies.
• Administer client management technologies.
• Participate in IT projects as assigned.
