Job summary

Environmental Restoration, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide end-user support, manage endpoint technologies, administer Microsoft 365 services, and support enterprise business systems.

This role is responsible for maintaining secure, reliable IT operations; assisting employees with technical issues; deploying and supporting hardware and software solutions; and supporting the organization's cybersecurity and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT experience required.
• 3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience with Windows operating systems in a business environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, Microsoft 365 apps, email, and devices.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, and user provisioning.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online and Teams.
• Maintain endpoint security controls and device compliance.
• Onboard/offboard users and manage asset records.
• Document procedures and participate in IT projects.
