The role includes managing endpoint lifecycle, provisioning and maintaining laptops and mobile devices, and administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID, with Intune for app deployment and endpoint policies.

Responsibilities

• Escalate complex incidents and requests within IT support; troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and remote connectivity.

• Administer M365, Active Directory and Entra ID; support Intune for app deployment and endpoint policies.
