Bohler is seeking an IT Support Technician to assist engineers, planners, surveyors, and business teams across offices and remote locations. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage devices, and contribute to AI tool adoption to improve productivity.

Qualifications
- 1+ year of help desk or IT support experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-service mindset with ability to explain technical info clearly to non-technical users.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, peripheral, and connectivity issues.
- Provide responsive, customer-focused support to employees in offices and remotely.
- Manage service requests and incidents through the ticketing system; document issues and escalate when needed.
- Configure, image, deploy, recover, and maintain employee workstations and related equipment.
- Support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, and applications used in engineering and professional services.
