Job summary

DomainTools is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. You will act as the primary IT contact for corporate tech, focusing on end-user support across MacOS, Windows, and Linux, and assisting with laptop provisioning and inventory management.

You will work closely with the CISO team to implement security-aligned IT processes, participate in incident response, and help users adopt new tools and infrastructure while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of end user IT support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn security-aligned IT practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support for technology issues, track tickets in Jira.
• Provision employee laptops and manage device lifecycle.
• Manage accounts, group access and software deployments across users.
• Deliver training on core tools and best practices for secure computing.
• Assist with inventory management and asset tracking.
• Contribute to incident response and security runbooks.
