Job summary

TECEZE in Tennessee is seeking an experienced Desktop Support / IT Deployment professional to install, configure, and troubleshoot IT devices and support Epic go-live activities.

You will work with end users to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, provide post-deployment stabilization, document deployments and resolutions to ensure smooth operations across projects, and participate in knowledge transfer with teams, maintain accurate records, and contribute to rapid issue

Qualifications

• Experience in Desktop Support, IT Deployment, or Field Support.
• Strong knowledge of hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting printers, scanners, workstations, and other IT devices.
• Knowledge of network connectivity and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and connect IT devices to the network.
• Support the deployment of multiple devices, including printers, scanners, WOWs (Workstations on Wheels), and desktop workstations.
• Provide technical support during Epic go-live activities and ensure all devices are ready for use.
• Assist end users with device setup, connectivity, and technical issues.
• Provide post-deployment stabilization and troubleshooting after the rollout.
• Quickly identify and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Provide Hypercare support during and after deployment to ensure rapid issue resolution.
• Work closely with technical teams and project stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and sustained operations.
• Maintain clear documentation of deployments, issues, and resolutions.
