- 4–5 years of experience in IT/Desktop/EUC Support.
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills.
- Device configuration, imaging/reimaging and software installation.
- Hardware repairs and OEM warranty coordination.
- IT asset/stock management and monthly audits.
- ServiceNow/ITSM experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or industrial environments is preferred.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety (H&S) practices.
