Job summary

Crecera Brands is seeking an IT Support Engineer to independently plan, coordinate, and implement IT systems across servers, desktops, laptops, applications, and security. You will deploy OS images, manage hardware lifecycles, and collaborate with management on strategic roadmaps and budgets.

The role requires three+ years in desktop/server support, virtualization expertise, and strong communication. On-site role with PTO, medical, dental, and retirement benefits possible.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
At least three years of desktop hardware and software support.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Vsphere, HorizonView).
Three years of Windows Server and Desktop OS experience.
Experience with OS deployment and application packaging.

Responsibilities

Manage server and desktop OS and application deployments and upgrades.
Install and configure servers, hardware, services, and storage.
Lead IT deployments for new server/desktop technology.
Troubleshoot problems and provide end-user support.
Maintain inventory of desktop equipment and licensing.
