Franklin Fitch is seeking a Support Engineer in Los Angeles to join its IT Service & Support team. You will be the primary contact for technology support, delivering a high-touch service experience while supporting a modern Microsoft-centric infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of IT support experience, strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role focuses on end-user support in a fast-paced environment with career progression

Qualificações

• 2–5 years IT support, service desk, or end-user support experience.
• Strong experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripheral hardware.
• Familiarity with Active Directory administration.
• Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide desk-side, phone, email, and remote technical support.
• Troubleshoot issues relating to Windows devices, Microsoft 365 applications, mobile devices, printers, conferencing technology, and business applications.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Manage tickets through to resolution, ensuring service levels and communication standards are met.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Assist with user onboarding, training, and technology adoption.
• Support Active Directory user, computer, and group administration.
• Configure, image, and deploy laptops and virtual desktops.
• Assist with meeting room technology and audio/video conferencing solutions.
• Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
