Job summary

XR in Burbank is seeking an Associate IT Support Engineer to be the primary IT contact for the office, delivering hands-on desktop support and light admin across Microsoft 365, identity management, and endpoint tools. You'll support Windows 11, macOS, and mobile devices, manage tickets, assist with meeting room systems, and collaborate with global IT teams to drive technology improvements.

This role offers growth in a fast-paced, advertising-tech environment; after-hours support may be required

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–4 years of professional IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 11 and macOS.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID (user management, groups, permissions, SSO).
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Central) and software patching.
• General understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN) and IT security best practices.
• Experience using an IT service management system for ticketing and issue tracking.
• Willingness to provide occasional support outside standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for onsite and remote users across Windows 11 and macOS environments.
• Log, track, prioritize, and manage support tickets through the IT service desk system.
• Support meeting room audio/visual technologies and video conferencing systems.
• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the Burbank office, coordinating with global IT teams and external vendors.
