Job summary

16th Circuit is seeking an IT Support Center Administrator in Kansas City, MO. The role oversees daily operations of the Support Center staff, sets policies, and mentors team members to deliver reliable IT support services.

You will review equipment requests, manage procurement, and supervise ticket handling while ensuring timely, quality service. A bachelor's degree and supervisory experience are required; Missouri driver’s license and background check are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of related work experience that includes experience in supervising technical employees.
• Must possess/maintain valid Missouri Driver's License and provide his/her own transportation.
• Must submit to/pass pre-employment background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operations of the Support Center staff and sets Support Center policies and procedures.
• Directs and reviews the work of subordinates.
• Reviews equipment and Support Services requests; conducts procurement and bid reviews.
• Handles support tickets and provides mentoring to the team as needed.
