Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software and hardware.
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripherals per specifications.
• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems and set up equipment for employee use.
• Provide AV support for meetings, presentations, and events (AirMedia, video conferencing, sound systems).
• Perform basic system administration tasks (user accounts, permissions, group policies).
• Maintain records of daily data transactions and installation activities.
• Refer major problems to vendors or technicians for service.
