Job summary

Baltimore Country Club is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to join the Information Technology Department. The role involves setting up computers and printers for new hires, managing AV equipment for events, and providing user support across departments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on networking experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and the ability to troubleshoot PCs and AV for meetings and events. Flexible scheduling is required to support Club operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on experience with networking and equipment deployment.
• Knowledge of basic computer and network concepts and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Set up computers and printers for new hires.
• Configure and manage email accounts and access to shared files/printers.
• Prepare meeting rooms with projectors and audiovisual equipment for events.
• Support AV equipment during meetings and club events.
• Assist with conference calls and general system maintenance.
