Job summary

Baltimore Country Club is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology Department. You will set up computers and printers for new hires, manage access to shared files and printers, and configure email accounts to keep operations running smoothly.

You will also support audiovisual equipment for Club events, troubleshoot issues, and maintain hardware across the Roland Park Clubhouse and Five Farms Clubhouse in Lutherville.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on networking and equipment deployment.
• Understanding of basic computer and network concepts.
• Configure and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, and other technology equipment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic AV event setup experience for meetings and events.
• Network+ and A+ certifications, or equivalent experience and knowledge.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills for common tech issues.
• Experience troubleshooting PCs, scanners, printers, and portable handheld terminals.
• Associate degree or equivalent technical education, with 1–3 years in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up computers and printers for new hires and provide access to shared files/printers.
• Configure email accounts and ensure proper access.
• Set up and support AV equipment for Club events and meetings.
• Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on technology equipment.
• Support Audiovisual needs for Clubhouse events across multiple locations.
