Job summary
Diverse Tech Services, Inc. is seeking an IT Support & Automation Engineer to own Tier 2 issues and implement safe, practical improvements. You will troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows 11, then convert recurring tasks into reliable PowerShell scripts, RMM workflows, and PSA processes.
You’ll document testing, rollback plans, and outcomes while maintaining strong security practices. The role emphasizes thoughtful AI usage and reusable team knowledge to advance service
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows 11
- Experience with automation, scripting and runbooks
- Ability to document testing, rollback and outcomes clearly
Responsibilities
- Tier 2 ticket resolution and ownership of issues
- Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows
- Communicate with clients and document outcomes
- Perform security-aware administration
- Improve automation with PowerShell, RMM, PSA and workflows
- Create repeatable processes and runbooks for support
- Demonstrate responsible use of approved AI
