Diverse Tech Services, Inc. is seeking an IT Support & Automation Engineer to own Tier 2 incidents and turn recurring tasks into reliable automation. You will troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows 11/endpoint issues, and implement safe, tested PowerShell scripts and RMM workflows.

The role emphasizes secure administration, clear documentation, and measurable improvements in service delivery. Certifications are valued but strong practical capability drives success here.

Diverse Tech Services, Inc. is hiring an IT Support & Automation Engineer who can combine Tier 2 ownership with safe, practical improvement. The right person can troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows 11, identity, networking, security, and backup issues, then turn recurring work into reliable PowerShell, RMM, PSA, or workflow improvements.

Can you resolve the issue? Understand the cause? Make the next occurrence easier to handle or prevent? If you can solve real support problems and turn repeatable work into safer scripts, workflows, runbooks, and service improvements, we want to talk to you. We value sound judgment over tool buzzwords. You should be able to explain how you tested, protected permissions, handled failure, documented rollback, verified the outcome, and used AI without exposing client information or accepting unsupported output.
