Qualifications

1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience.

Responsibilities

Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
Assisting in training new hires.
Continual learning of new technologies.
Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area and remote customers.
