Job summary

ORAFOL Americas seeks an IT Associate to provide first-level technical support for end-user hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, and mobile devices. You will document issues, resolve routine requests, and escalate complex incidents to senior IT staff as needed.

Responsibilities include setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, emails, and standard business applications; account provisioning and access control; asset tracking; and basic network/servers monitoring under

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant IT certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+).
Entry-level IT experience with customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via walk-up, phone, email, and ticketing.
Diagnose and resolve routine hardware, software, account-access, and peripheral issues.
Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Setup and support standard business applications, OS, user profiles, and email.
Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and access permissions.
Maintain ticket documentation and escalate complex issues as needed.
Track IT assets and assist with basic server/network monitoring.
