Job summary

First Orion Corp. is seeking an experienced IT Technician to support internal users and endpoints. You will handle hardware, software, access, printers, and collaboration tools, ensuring secure and efficient operations and a positive user experience.

You will deploy and maintain Windows/macOS endpoints, support identity and access tasks, and follow ITIL-aligned processes. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an IT service desk, desktop/technical support, or closely related customer-facing tech role.
• Experience installing/administrating Microsoft 365 and identity/access tasks.
• Experience provisioning and supporting Windows and macOS endpoints, peripherals, and conference room tech.
• Strong communication, documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal user and executive support via ITSM processes for hardware, software, accounts, and devices.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and securely retire Windows/macOS endpoints and peripherals.
• Manage identity, access, SaaS apps, and license administration with least-privilege guidance.
• Maintain tickets, assets, and knowledge articles; follow security and change-management policies.
