Job summary

The West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, Inc. (WSFSSH) in New York, NY is seeking an IT Support Assistant to aid the IT department with administrative duties and hands-on technology support across multiple locations.

Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, you will maintain hardware/software inventories, assist with IT service requests, onboarding, and monthly expense reporting, and help prepare for audits while communicating clearly with staff and external

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows desktop environments and MS Office.
• Ability to translate technical updates for non-technical staff.
• Strong organizational skills and log-keeping ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT liaison between IT and internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain hardware/software inventories and licenses.
• Assist with IT lifecycle asset management and procurement.
• Support monthly IT expense reporting and audit preparation.
• Assist IT onboarding, onboarding guides, and policy files.
• Travel between WSFSSH sites as needed.
• Attend meetings and support IT staff daily.
