Job summary

VigorCare Pediatric Services in Columbus, OH, is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems and applications across the company.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in IT support, proficiency with Windows and Mac, and experience in network/server administration, virtualization, and cloud services (Office 365, Azure). Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with network and server administration.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Experience with cloud-based systems (Office 365, Azure).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems and applications used within the company.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Monitor and maintain network and server systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Identify and recommend solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Train and support end-users on new and existing systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of all systems.
• Stay up-to‑date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
