Pinnacle Consulting & Recruitment is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support to customers and end users across diverse business environments. You will troubleshoot remotely and onsite, manage tickets, and coordinate with vendors.

The role offers hands-on experience with a broad range of technologies, plus ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities to earn industry certifications. Occasional travel to Zelienople area is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of technical support experience in a business environment.
Experience troubleshooting Windows desktop OS and Microsoft applications.
Familiarity with PC hardware, peripheral devices, and basic networking.

Responsabilités

Provide timely support for hardware, software, networking, and user access issues.
Manage support tickets from request through resolution with clear documentation.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and workstation software.
Support Windows OS, Microsoft applications, and remote access technologies.
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory; administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint).
Perform basic Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate procurement activities.
Assist users in understanding technology tools and best practices.
Coordinate with vendors and travel to customer locations as needed.
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
