Ascent Data is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Pittsburgh-area team. You will be the first line of technical support for customers, handling issues from intake to resolution, and providing hands-on help across desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices.

This role offers training, certifications, and opportunities to advance within an expanding MSP environment. Travel to Zelienople area as needed and participation in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Formación

• Minimum two years of business IT support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows desktop OS and Microsoft applications.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2022/2025, AD, Exchange/SharePoint.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first line of technical support for customers and end users.
• Take ownership of support tickets from initial contact through resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and user issues remotely and onsite.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and remote access technologies.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware and software.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange and SharePoint.
• Provide basic Windows Server administration and support.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the ticketing system.
• Coordinate equipment inventory and procurement activities.
• Train and assist users with technology-related questions and best practices.
• Work with vendors and third-party providers to resolve technical issues.
• Travel to customer locations in Zelienople area as needed.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
