United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an IT Support Analyst to ensure our employees have reliable technology to succeed. You will handle onboarding, access, and troubleshooting across Mac OS, SSO, and collaboration tools while delivering excellent service.

You’ll work from our Columbus office, engage with vendors, and help optimize IT workflows. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration across teams to keep productivity high.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical support or customer service experience, Mac OS focused.
• 2+ years in first/second level support of Okta, GSuite, Atlassian, Slack, Jamf MDM, Zoom, Meraki.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve IT issues via internal ticketing system (Jira Service Desk).
• Onboard/offboard employees, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide IT training to staff on tools and resources.
