Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support in distributed teams.
• Experience supporting macOS, Windows, and mobile devices.
• Experience with IAM and MDM/UEM ecosystems.
• Familiar with CISCO Meraki networks and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service desk requests via Jira with timely, empathetic support.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices and collaboration tools.
• Administer IAM (OKTA) and manage device fleet lifecycle.
• Enforce security policies and endpoint protection across devices.
• Leverage AI tools to automate routine IT tasks and triage tickets.
• Collaborate with HR, Security, and IT Systems Architects on initiatives.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure reliable IT support.
