Job summary

Fixify is building an AI-native IT automation platform with a human touch. Our Help Desk Analysts are on the front lines, delivering prompt, high-quality support to end users and collaborating with customer IT teams and Engineering to improve workflows.

This hands-on, 100% remote role requires 2+ years in IT support, hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow, and Freshdesk.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
• Working knowledge of productivity tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
• Experience with Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, and Freshdesk ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of identity and access management concepts.
• Understanding of TCP/IP and common network protocols.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management platforms; JAMF is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain complex issues clearly.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions when multiple issues arise.
• Collaborative working style across teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, high-quality technical support to end users across productivity tools, OS, and identity management.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in every interaction.
• Collaborate with Engineering to build and improve IT automation workflows that reduce manual work.
• Participate in shift rotations as part of a 24/7/365 support operation.
