Job summary

Docebo, a global AI-powered learning platform, is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer I to architect and scale our AWS-based infrastructure, automate with IaC, and secure our FedRAMP-regulated environments. You will partner with Engineering to deploy new services and respond to incidents while mentoring junior engineers.

You will lead automation, observability, and cost optimization initiatives, leveraging Datadog, Kubernetes, and scripting to keep our platform fast, reliable, and secure across

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience with production AWS infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS, IaC, and cloud security.
• Hands-on Linux, Docker, and microservices in Kubernetes or EKS.

Responsibilities

• Architect AWS cloud infrastructure end-to-end for high availability and scale.
• Design IaC templates and automation workflows to reduce manual toil.
• Maintain FedRAMP-aligned configurations and patching with security partners.
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy new services and handle incidents.
• Use Datadog for observability and drive performance improvements.
• Mentor junior cloud engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
