Job summary

Axos Clearing LLC is hiring an IT Support Analyst I to provide first and second level support for PC and Apple computing products across Axos Bank, Clearing and Axos Advisor Services. On-site at Kansas City/Overland Park; remote or hybrid is not available.

Responsibilities include imaging and deploying hardware, onboarding/offboarding, and driving ticket resolutions with a focus on customer service. The role requires an Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent, 2+ years in enterprise

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical or computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in software applications, Windows, and hardware support in an enterprise environment.
• Tier 1 or higher Desktop Architecture-centered experience.
• Desktop support and working knowledge of Systems, Security and Networking, local and client-server applications, functions, and support.

Responsibilities

• Image, deploy in office and ship desktop and laptop computers for remote users.
• Onboard new users with imaging computers and installing required software per role.
• Offboard users, collect devices and disable access.
• Provide first and second level technical support and triage issues.
• Manage IT support tickets and ensure SLA goals are met.
• Deploy new hire workstations and equipment ahead of time.
