Job summary

Axos Clearing LLC is hiring an IT Support Analyst I for our Kansas City / Overland Park site. This on-site role focuses on first and second level support for Windows, hardware, and Apple-based computing products across Axos Bank, Clearing and Axos Advisor Services.

Remote or hybrid work is not available. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in enterprise IT support, including SCCM, Exchange, Azure, AWS, and VMware.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software applications, Windows, and hardware support in an enterprise environment.
• Tier 1 or higher Desktop Architecture-centered experience.
• Associate degree or higher in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Image, deploy in office and ship desktops/laptops for remote users.
• Onboarding new users with imaged computers and required software.
• Offboarding users and disabling access.
• Track inventory including shipped, in stock, and assigned items.
• Provide first and second level technical support.
• Handle IT support calls, emails, tickets; triage and route issues.
• Manage IT support ticket system to meet SLA goals.
• Deploy new hire workstations ahead of time.
• Regular maintenance and troubleshooting of workstation systems.
• Provide excellent customer support on-site and remote.
