Responsibilities

• Provides technical support to internal end-users and user computing.
• Active Directory user management.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for end-users.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees (PC imaging, provisioning).
• Support software across multi-platforms and technology stacks.
• Document requirements, configurations, and standard procedures.
• Contribute to the Hitachi Global Air Power Lifecycle of business systems.
