A successful candidate should be able to analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to troubleshoot and diagnose desktop support issues and other technical problems. This position will include analysis, installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, documentation, and support responsibilities.
This role will include development goals with the expectation the candidate will move into positions of increasing responsibilities in the organization.
Associates degree in IT or Business; or 3 years of experience
