Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to join our client in St. Joseph, MI. This role focuses on customer service and end-user support across 700 locations nationwide, requiring a bachelor’s degree and solid IT fundamentals.

You will be part of a 15–20 person Level 1 team, handling password resets, network troubleshooting, printer installs, and software support. This is a growth-focused environment with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within an IT Support role (Network/Hardware)
• Customer-service oriented mindset - Excellent Communication Skills is a must!
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office 365
• Basic Troubleshooting skills (IE: Password Resets, printer installs & troubleshooting, end user connectivity support, network troubleshooting, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree
